Which Set of Audios Does Your System Want?

Let's face it, everything overlaps.

If you have a felt sense of needing control, wanting comfort, or avoiding conflict, it's going to show up in different places in your life.

For each set of audios, we chose some of the biggest underlying patterns for that concern. But really, any of these sets of audios can impact your life in a thousand different ways.

If your system is longing for comfort (The Craving Switch, Night 3) it might show up as smoking for comfort, eating for comfort, or showing up early for appointments for the comfort of not being late.

If you're tired of reacting and 'over-reacting' (Unweighting, Night 2), your system is looking for some stability. That might show up as snacking, staying in not-great relationship for longer than you want, or being the one who 'caves' to make others happy.

 THE CRAVING SWITCH

Night 1 - Craving as Safety 

This isn't just about cravings. A longing for safety can show up anywhere in your life with a nervous system pattern of heightened vigilance, fast emotional shifts, or an instinctive reaching for sensory relief. Listening to this audio can unlock a felt sense of internal safety, reduced urgency, the capacity to pause without panic.

Night 2 - Craving as Control

When everything feels unpredictable, sometimes we just want to control the thing in front of us. Maybe that means you stay on your phone until way past being tired. Maybe it means you eat chocolate that you weren't allowed to have as a kid. Maybe you show up late for work. This pattern can show up as tightening in the chest or gut, mental looping, a push–pull between restraint and indulgence.

Night 3 - Craving as Comfort

We all need to feel cared for, but for many of us, there was a time when we felt alone or disconnected. This pattern shows up with feeling tender, with fatigue, emotional sensitivity, or a longing for warmth or reassurance. It's not at all wrong to want comfort - and shifting this pattern means you can find it inside yourself instead of looking outside for it.

QUIET THE PAIN 

Night 1 - Pain as Protection 

You know that feeling that something bad might happen if? If you relax, if you let down your guard, if you don't defend yourself. It can show up as muscular guarding, bracing, tension and pain that are worse when emotions rise. It can show up with not trusting others - or not trusting yourself. Once it's shifted, you have access to a felt sense of safety, relaxation without collapse, and less defensive tension in the body.

Night 2 - Pain as Message

Sometimes, your body will do whatever it needs to do in order to get our attention. That might mean pain. It might mean anxiety. It might mean allergies. This pattern is for people who have difficulty pausing until they're forced to do so - they go and then shut down. If you weren't taught that you were allowed to listen to your own needs, your body will find a way to get you to listen.

Night 3 - Pain as Familiarity

Are you one of those people who can't relax? You realize your shoulders are around your ears, relax them, and realize they're back up around your ears before you know it? This audio is for "the devil you know" - when your body doesn't love how you feel, but at least knows what it is, and how to defend you. It could mean you have cycles of recurring pain, tension that feels normal, or any pattern that you don't love, but that comes back again and again. And when it's sifted? Your body regains the capacity to reorganize around comfort instead of threat.

UNWEIGHTING 

Night 1 - Safety in Visibility 

 If your background includes a sense of not feeling safe when you're noticed, you might find your body has chronic vigilance, slight collapse, or tension around the diaphragm. Your body might unconsciously add padding to create “buffer space". You might find yourself 'people-pleasing' even when you don't want to. You might feel like you're never going to be able to get that promotion, sing on stage, or wear that very-cool-but-just-too-shiny outfit outside. Shifting this isn't about changing who you are - it's about reclaiming it.

Night 2 - Food as Stability

If you're tired of reacting (and feeling like you're over-reacting), your system might not know how to ground itself and self-regulate. Looking outside for that stability might mean that when you're stressed or anxious you reach for smoking, snacking, sugar, sex, or any other way of dealing with unpredictability.

Night 3 - Conflict Avoidance Weight

If you don't like conflict, you're not alone. If you're afraid of it - you're also not alone, not by a long shot. For some people avoiding conflict means their nervous system finding a way of taking up more space for them. For others it might mean the body finds ways to get you to check out of uncomfortable situations, whether that's heightened anxiety or continuously running late so you avoid that early meeting at work. It also means that you don't get to explore your anger and find out what's hurting or scaring you. Shifting this pattern allows you to know what you like, what you want, what you don't like or want - and lets you communicate that without feeling like it's life-or-death.
