I hate exercising. I hate exercising a lot. I always have. After some NAP on weight and exercise I find myself doing exercise videos every day and kind of enjoying it. It’s weird but I’m not complaining!

The ancestral stuff in the weight and exercise NAP was interesting, but really, nothing has worked for me for a very long time. That’s why I was surprised when I started to not care about dessert. I’d have a couple of bites and just stop. It was too sweet or I was satisfied or it wasn’t the flavour I wanted. That might not sound like much to you but for me it’s a really big deal. I’ll let you know how it goes but so far it’s been a couple of months and I’m eating less and enjoying food more than I ever have before.
